SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program

SkippaBeep is a text-messaging service operated by Polar Codes (Randall Chance Jiles, doing business as Polar Codes), League City, Texas. Local service businesses (our customers) use SkippaBeep to reply by text when they miss a call, to follow up about service requests, and to send job reports and review requests.

2. How you opt in

• Missed-call text-back: when you call a business that uses SkippaBeep and the call isn't answered, you may receive a text from that business asking how it can help. Replying continues the conversation about your service request.
• Service updates: when you give your mobile number to a business for a job, you may receive texts about that job, such as your service report and a request to review the business.
• Demo requests: when you check the SMS consent box on our demo request form, you may receive texts from Polar Codes about your request.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation and service request.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5. Opting out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

6. Help

Reply HELP for help, or email hello@skippabeep.com.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Automated assistant

Some replies are written by an automated assistant on behalf of the business you contacted. It collects details about your request (such as what you need, how urgent it is, and your address) and passes them to the business. It does not quote prices or make commitments; the business will follow up with you directly.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
